Due to my training as a marriage and family therapist, I believe that problems are between people and that people are not their problems. Instead, the way we cope with and experience our problems can be both helpful and hurtful.

My job is to guide individuals, families and couples to find ways to use their strengths to cope with and redefine their problems. This requires accountability for each member in their part of the problem and the solution. I believe people are resourceful and adaptable but sometimes feel stuck, unsure and overwhelmed with life's challenges. This is where a mental health and relationship professional can offer support and direction to live your best life. There is no one solution or path to success but a journey that I feel honored to help my clients discover.
